Paul E. Wenzloff has been practicing law for over 43 years, mostly in the Bay City area. He graduated from the University of Michigan in 1973 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree. He attended Valparaiso University School of Law and graduated with a Juris Doctor in 1977. Paul is admitted to practice law in all district and circuit courts in the state of Michigan, as well as the federal district and bankruptcy courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Michigan. He is a member of the Michigan State Bar, the Bay County Bar Association, and the American Bankruptcy Institute.

Paul’s principal practice for the past 36 years has been in the representation of credit unions on issues regarding bankruptcy, collection, foreclosure, and contract review. For more than 20 years, Paul has been a frequent speaker at credit union programs and seminars. He has also spoken for the Institute of Continuing Legal Education and the International Collectors Association. Paul was a member of the Local Rules Committee for the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Michigan, and is a current member of the Monitor Township Board of Tax Appeals.

Paul was a member of the Immanuel Lutheran Board of Education for 14 years. He has also served as the past chairman of the City of Essexville Zoning Board of Appeals and has served on the Board of Directors for several other community and civic organizations.
